Join us for an evening of music and art celebrating Haiti, featuring Arcade Fire member Paul Beaubrun. Beaubrun will perform alongside a showing by artists Viktor El-Saieh and Ketty Devieux, and presentations by Locally Haiti, a Colorado non-profit organization. A portion of proceeds go to support the work of local leaders to make a lasting impact in rural Haiti.

Box Office Hours

Patrons may reach the box office by calling (303) 229-1127, or emailing boxoffice@artshub.org. Our staff will be happy to assist you. If no one is available to assist you, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

On show days, the Box Office will open to the public one hour in advance of show time.

Ticket Policies

All Arts HUB shows are general admission seating.

All tickets are non-transferable. 

All ticket sales are final.

Cancellation and Refunds

All ticket sales with The Arts HUB are final, and no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage patrons to plan on arriving at The Arts HUB at least 30 minutes prior to showtime, in order to allow time to find parking and to select their seats.

Waitlists

In the event that a show is sold out, patrons may put their name on a waitlist. Patrons may call or email the Box Office in advance of showtime to put their name on a waitlist.

On the day of the performance, if there are any empty seats due to confirmed no-shows, the Arts HUB House Manager will begin to re-sell those empty seats to people on the waitlist, in the order in which the names were received, starting approximately ten minutes before show time and ending approximately 20 minutes after showtime.

Patrons on the waitlist must be physically present at The Arts HUB Facility in order to receive a seat. If you are not present at the time the House Manager begins to re-sell empty seats, your name will be skipped. The Arts HUB will not call patrons on the waitlist, and we will not hold the show for patrons on the waitlist.

There is no guarantee that there will be seats available for patrons on the waitlist. 

Late-Comers and No-Shows

The Arts HUB will not hold the show for late-comers. We endeavor to begin all performances on time, out of respect for our performers and patrons.

If you are more than 20 minutes late to a show, your ticket will be considered void. 

In the event of a sold-out performance, void tickets may be re-sold to patrons on the waitlist.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to a show, there is no guarantee that we will have space for you in our theater.

No refunds shall be issued for voided tickets.

We strongly encourage all patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of showtime to avoid voided tickets.
